Harry Redknapp was an influential manager at West Ham United from 1994 to 2001, having previously worked at the club as a coach. He established West Ham as a competitive Premier League side and led them to a fifth-place finish in 1998–99, securing European qualification. His team also won the Intertoto Cup in 1999. Redknapp is especially remembered for developing top young players, including Rio Ferdinand, Frank Lampard, Joe Cole, and Michael Carrick, shaping one of the club’s most talented modern sides.
