Return Policy
All orders are printed on demand. Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.
This applies to all items, including incorrect size choices, change-of-mind purchases, delayed deliveries, and orders that have already been shipped.
If there is an issue with your order, such as it arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and get in touch as soon as possible if there is a problem.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or refunds for:
- printed-on-demand items
- custom or personalised products
- sale items
- gift cards

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. However, as all of our products are printed on demand and made to order, they are not eligible for return or refund, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us so we can review and resolve it where appropriate.
