Kyle Walker became one of the Premier League’s best right-backs during his Spurs years (2009–2017). After early loans, he exploded under Harry Redknapp with blistering pace, aggressive one-v-one defending, and constant overlap—then hit his peak under Mauricio Pochettino in a high-pressing, high-line team. Walker was a key piece of Spurs’ rise into consistent top-four contention, combining recovery speed with improving on-ball quality and decision-making. He won PFA Team of the Year honours while at Tottenham and formed a strong partnership with the right-sided attackers ahead of him. In 2017 he left for Manchester City in a big-money move, but at Spurs he’s remembered as elite and explosive.
