Michael Gardyne (born 23 Jan 1986, Dundee) is a Scottish wide midfielder/winger most associated with Ross County, where he enjoyed multiple spells (first on loan in 2006–07, then long returns that ultimately ran through 2021). His signature moment was the 2016 Scottish League Cup final: Gardyne scored the opener in the 25th minute as County beat Hibs 2–1 to win the club’s first major trophy. After spells at Dundee United, Inverness CT and Montrose, he retired in 2025, with Montrose announcing he’d finished a 650-game senior career.
