Delia Smith’s “Let’s be having you” moment became one of Norwich City’s most famous Premier League images. At half-time against Manchester City at Carrow Road on 28 February 2005, with Norwich fighting relegation, the celebrity chef and club co-owner took the microphone and tried to rouse the home crowd. Norwich had led 2–0 but were pegged back to 2–2, prompting Delia’s plea for a “12th man” and the famous shout: “Where are you? Let’s be ’aving you!” It did not work: Robbie Fowler scored late and Norwich lost 3–2, but the moment became football folklore.
