Louis Moult was a fan favourite at Motherwell and one of the club’s best strikers of the modern era. Signed in 2015, he quickly became known for sharp finishing, intelligent movement, work rate, and a real knack for scoring big goals. He scored 50 goals in 105 appearances for Motherwell, a strong return that underlined how important he was to the team. He was especially memorable in the 2017 League Cup run, scoring twice against Rangers in the semi-final, and he also won the Scottish Premiership Player of the Month award in October 2017 after a big September.
