Edin Džeko’s Manchester City stint (2011–2015) is classic “big-game squad striker who delivered when it mattered.” Signed from Wolfsburg in January 2011, he alternated between starter and impact sub but still piled up goals—72 in 189 games overall for City (all comps). His most iconic contribution is heading City back into the QPR game in 2012—the goal that set up the “93:20” title moment. He left with major honours including two Premier League titles (2011–12, 2013–14) plus domestic cups, remembered for aerial power, smart movement, and clutch finishes.
