Eddie Gray is one of Leeds United’s greatest-ever players, spending his entire playing career at Elland Road from 1966 to 1983 and becoming famous for his skill, balance and creativity on the left wing; a key member of Don Revie’s legendary side, the Scottish international helped Leeds win two First Division titles, the 1972 FA Cup, the League Cup and two Inter-Cities Fairs Cups, while one of his most memorable performances came against Burnley in 1970 when he scored a brilliant individual goal after dribbling past several defenders, and his long association with the club later continued through coaching, management and ambassadorial roles.
