Chiesa at Juventus was fire, directness, and interrupted momentum. At his best, he gave Juve something badly needed: vertical running, aggression, and the ability to turn flat attacks into real danger. He was not a slow, controlling winger; he played with urgency, carrying the ball hard, attacking defenders, and thriving in big moments, especially in Europe. The problem was continuity. A serious ACL injury in January 2022 broke the rise of a player who had looked ready to become the club’s attacking centrepiece. He still left with two Coppa Italias and a Supercoppa, plus plenty of memorable bursts, but his Juve spell feels as much about what might have been as what was.
