Hearts’ 2014–15 Championship title was a statement season rather than just a promotion campaign. Relegated the year before and coming out of administration in June 2014, they responded by dominating the second tier under Robbie Neilson. Hearts finished first with 91 points from 36 matches, winning 29 games and losing only 3, and sealed the title with six matches still to play. Their side mixed youth and energy with strong organisation, while players like Osman Sow, Jamie Walker and Género Zeefuik provided the goals. More than promotion, it felt like a reset for the club: stable ownership, renewed optimism, and an immediate return to the Premiership.
