Louis Saha was one of Fulham’s most exciting modern strikers. Signed in 2000, he played a huge role in the club’s 2000–01 First Division title win, scoring 32 goals in all competitions as Fulham won promotion to the Premier League. Fulham’s own history describes him as one of the most complete forwards they have had. He then proved himself in the top flight too, scoring 26 Premier League goals for the club before leaving for Manchester United in January 2004. Across his Fulham spell, he scored 63 goals in nearly four years, and is remembered for pace, movement, finishing, and all-round attacking quality.
