Aleksandar Mitrović was one of Fulham’s most important modern strikers. After an initial loan spell in 2017–18, he returned permanently in July 2018 and became the focal point of the attack. Fulham say he left in August 2023, and by then he had scored 111 goals in 206 appearances, making him one of the club’s leading scorers. His biggest Fulham season was 2021–22, when he scored 43 goals in the Championship, setting the record for the most goals in a 46-game English league season as Fulham won the title. He is remembered for power, aerial dominance, and relentless finishing, and he remains one of the defining players of Fulham’s modern era.
