Neil Lennon’s treble story at Celtic spans two campaigns. Appointed interim manager after Brendan Rodgers left in February 2019, he guided the side through the run-in, won the Scottish Cup final against Hearts and completed the club’s historic “treble treble”. Kept on permanently, he then delivered a full domestic treble in 2019–20: the Premiership title, the League Cup, and the Scottish Cup. Because of COVID disruption, the Scottish Cup final was delayed until 20 December 2020, when Celtic beat Hearts on penalties to seal the treble. Both runs came under intense pressure. It cemented his legacy as a serial winner.
