Craig Gordon joined Celtic in July 2014 after two years out and immediately revived his career as first-choice goalkeeper. He played 52 matches in 2014–15, keeping 28 clean sheets, winning the League Cup and his first league title, and was voted SFWA Footballer of the Year. Over 2014–2020 he made 242 appearances and recorded 121 clean sheets, providing reliable shot-stopping and calm distribution through Deila, Rodgers and Lennon. His honours haul at Parkhead: five Premiership titles, two Scottish Cups and four League Cups, including the 2016–19 treble run. He left in 2020, returning to Hearts, as a modern fan favourite.
