Jürgen Klopp was the coach who revived modern Borussia Dortmund. He took over in 2008 and turned BVB into a fast, aggressive, fearless side built on pressing, intensity, and young talent. Under Klopp, Dortmund won back-to-back Bundesliga titles in 2011 and 2012, added the 2012 DFB-Pokal to complete the club’s first domestic double, and reached the 2013 Champions League final. BVB’s own recent coverage highlights those league titles, the cup win, and the 2013 final as the key landmarks of his era, while Bundesliga history pieces credit him with reshaping Dortmund into one of Europe’s most exciting teams.
