Robert Lewandowski’s five goals in nine minutes is one of the most famous Bayern Munich moments ever. It happened on 22 September 2015 against Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga. Bayern were 1–0 down at half-time, Pep Guardiola brought Lewandowski on for the second half, and he completely changed the match. He scored five times between the 51st and 60th minutes as Bayern won 5–1. Bayern later described it as an unforgettable display, and club coverage notes that it included the fastest Bundesliga hat-trick, plus five goals in just nine minutes. It turned a difficult game into a historic one almost instantly.
