Hansi Flick was the coach behind one of Bayern Munich’s greatest short eras. He took over in November 2019 and immediately transformed the team with aggressive pressing, faster attacking football, and clear confidence. Under Flick, Bayern won the 2019–20 treble: Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal, and Champions League, then added the UEFA Super Cup, German Super Cup, and FIFA Club World Cup to complete a sextuple. Bayern’s official records note he won 70 of 86 matches, an 81% win rate, a club record in professional football. His spell was brief, but the intensity, results, and 2020 dominance made him one of Bayern’s most successful modern coaches.
