Arsène Wenger transformed Arsenal from 1996 to 2018, becoming the club’s longest-serving and most successful manager. He modernised the culture (training, nutrition, recruitment) and built teams that mixed technique with pace—most famously the 2003–04 “Invincibles”, who went unbeaten in the league. On the honours list he delivered 3 Premier League titles and a record 7 FA Cups as Arsenal boss. He also oversaw the move from Highbury to the Emirates, keeping Arsenal competitive through financially tighter years. Since 2019 he’s worked at FIFA as Chief of Global Football Development.
