Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s Arsenal spell (Jan 2018–Feb 2022) was built on elite finishing and match-winning pace. Arriving from Dortmund, he instantly became the main goal threat—making diagonal runs off the shoulder and scoring all types, especially first-time finishes and near-post strikes. He won the 2018–19 Premier League Golden Boot (shared) and captained Arsenal to the 2020 FA Cup, scoring both semi-final goals vs Man City and both goals in the final vs Chelsea. After signing a new deal in 2020, his form dipped amid team struggles and off-field дисципline issues, and he left by mutual consent in 2022. At his peak, he was pure goals.
