Olivier Giroud was a short-term but very important AC Milan striker. He joined in July 2021 and brought experience, physical presence, link-up play, aerial strength, and big-game finishing to a younger side. Milan’s official site says he became an “important linchpin” in the attack, and his biggest contribution was helping the club win the 2021–22 Serie A title. He stayed decisive in Europe and in major league matches, while also acting as a leader in the dressing room. In May 2024, Giroud announced he would leave Milan, ending a spell that fans remember for clutch goals, professionalism, and strong influence beyond raw numbers.
