Geoff Hurst is one of the greatest players in West Ham United history. A powerful, intelligent centre-forward, he scored 252 goals for the club and was central to its golden era in the 1960s. He helped West Ham win the FA Cup in 1964 and the European Cup Winners’ Cup in 1965, establishing himself as a true big-game player. Although he is globally famous for his hat-trick in England’s 1966 World Cup final, his West Ham legacy stands on its own. For supporters, Hurst represents elite finishing, strength, and a period when the club competed with the very best in Europe.
