West Ham United won the 1965 European Cup Winners' Cup Final, one of the greatest achievements in the club’s history. The final was played at Wembley on 19 May 1965, where West Ham beat TSV 1860 Munich 2–0. Both goals were scored by Alan Sealey in the second half. Managed by Ron Greenwood, the team included key figures like Bobby Moore, Geoff Hurst, and Martin Peters. It was West Ham’s first European trophy, coming just a year after their 1964 FA Cup win, and confirmed the club as one of England’s top sides of the era.
