Ange Postecoglou’s time at Tottenham Hotspur was one of the most dramatic in recent club history. Appointed in June 2023, he brought an exciting, high-pressing style and early success, making Spurs unbeaten in his first 10 Premier League games and earning several Manager of the Month awards. In May 2025 he delivered Tottenham’s first major trophy in 17 years, winning the UEFA Europa League with a 1–0 final victory over Manchester United. However, his second season saw a disastrous Premier League campaign: Spurs finished 17th with their lowest ever points tally, and despite the European glory, the club sacked him on 6 June 2025. His tenure is remembered for thrilling football, a historic trophy, and an abrupt end.
