Tawanda Maswanhise has become one of Motherwell FC’s breakout attackers: a quick, direct forward who can play wide or through the middle, thriving on 1v1s, sharp runs in behind and aggressive pressing. A product of Leicester City’s academy, he joined Motherwell in August 2024 on a short-term deal before earning a longer stay, later extending his contract to summer 2027 (with a club option).
His form hit another level in January 2026, scoring six goals in five matches to top the scoring charts and win Player of the Month.
