Kobbie Mainoo is Manchester United’s homegrown central midfielder (born 19 April 2005) who plays with rare calm for his age—press-resistant, tidy in tight spaces, and smart at receiving on the half-turn to beat a press. He made his United debut in January 2023 and, as of Jan 2026, United list him on 87 appearances and 7 goals. He also broke into England’s senior setup and was used at EURO 2024, speaking about being ready to play his part. In late 2025 he missed time with a calf injury.
