Duncan “Big Dunc” Ferguson is Everton’s cult-hero centre-forward: 6'4", built on headers, intimidation, and pure box chaos. After arriving on loan from Rangers in 1994, he signed permanently, became a terrace favourite, and later returned in 2000 for a second spell. Across his Everton career he logged 273 appearances and 72 goals, many from brutal near-post runs and towering leaps that made Goodison Park bounce.
Post-retirement he stayed close to the club, including a stint as interim manager in 2019—basically the same spirit, just in a tracksuit.
