Kevin O’Connor’s Brentford legacy is about loyalty, leadership, and total commitment to the club. A true one-club man, he joined Brentford as a schoolboy and went on to make 501 appearances and score 44 goals, spending much of that time as captain. He helped lead the Bees to promotion in 2009 and 2014, and Brentford say he remains the only person inducted into the club’s Hall of Fame while still at the club. O’Connor was valued for versatility and professionalism as much as talent, and after retiring he moved straight into coaching. He is one of the clearest symbols of modern Brentford identity.
