Thomas Frank’s Brentford legacy is about transformation, belief, and making the club a genuine Premier League force. He joined as assistant in 2016, became head coach in 2018, then led Brentford to promotion in 2021 by winning the Championship play-offs at Wembley. Under him, Brentford not only reached the top flight but stayed there comfortably, with the club recording a top-half Premier League finish in 2024–25. Brentford announced on 12 June 2025 that Frank left to become Tottenham head coach, ending a nine-year spell with the Bees. His impact was huge: smart coaching, strong culture, player development, and the biggest rise in Brentford’s modern history.
