Callum Wilson was one of the key strikers in Bournemouth’s rise to the Premier League. Signed from Coventry City in 2014, he scored heavily in the 2014–15 Championship title season and helped fire the club into the top flight for the first time. He then became one of Bournemouth’s main Premier League goal threats, remembered for pace, sharp movement, and clinical finishing. The Premier League’s transfer report on his 2020 move to Newcastle says he spent six seasons with Bournemouth, making 126 Premier League appearances, scoring 41 top-flight goals, and adding 12 assists for the Cherries. He remains one of the standout forwards of Bournemouth’s modern era.
