Kevin Keegan played a pivotal role in reviving Fulham F.C. during the late 1990s. Appointed chief operating officer and later manager after Mohamed Al Fayed's takeover, Keegan transformed the club's fortunes, leading Fulham to the 1998–99 Third Division title with an exciting, attacking style of football. His leadership restored ambition and professionalism, attracting higher-quality players and laying the foundations for the club's rapid rise through the divisions. Although he left in 1999 to become England manager, Keegan's influence was instrumental in Fulham's resurgence, making him one of the most important figures in the club's modern history.
