Shipping Update 22nd June 2026
We are aware that a number of recent orders have experienced unexpected delays due to issues within Evri's network. After working closely with Evri to resolve the matter, we can confirm that affected parcels have now been collected and are progressing through their system, with tracking updates now visible.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank customers for their patience while this was resolved.
Due to these service issues, we have made the decision to stop using Evri. All orders are now shipped via Royal Mail to provide a more reliable delivery experience going forward.
